Welcome to Miskin Car Rental Tours & Travel.
By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Insurance & Coverage
Limited Supplier Insurance
Our rental vehicles include Limited Supplier Insurance which covers:
✅ Bodywork damage
✅ Theft protection
Not included / not covered:
❌ Keys
❌ Tyres
❌ Windscreen / Glass
❌ Undercarriage damage
Damage & Theft Excess

Damage to tyres, glass, and undercarriage may not be covered by CDW.
Important: If you purchase external excess insurance, you must still leave a credit card deposit with Miskin.
2. Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is included (incl. 5% VAT).
Contact us immediately if assistance is needed.
3. Driver Requirements

Accepted licenses:
- Original physical driving license required
- International Driving Permit required for non-GCC customers
- Chinese license translations supported via Miskin WeChat or website
- GCC licenses valid in Oman
- EU licenses in English do not require IDP

4. Additional Drivers
Additional driver fee: 5.25 OMR/day (incl. 5% VAT)
Must be added at the rental desk and meet all license requirements.
5. Identification Requirements
- Valid passport or national ID required
- Valid driving license (physical)
6. Payment & Cards
Accepted at pick-up: VISA, Master Card, Credit Cards
Not accepted: Prepaid or electronic cards
7. Fuel Policy
Full to Full
Vehicle must be returned with full fuel level as received.
Missing fuel will be charged at rental desk rate + refueling fee.
8. Mileage Policy

10. Cross-Border Travel
Allowed only to UAE with written permission.

Driving in wadis or sand dunes is prohibited.
AWD SUVs allowed only at Jebel Akhdar & Jebel Shams tourist roads.
Violation = Insurance void.
11. Vehicle Type
Specific models cannot be guaranteed; similar category vehicle will be provided.
12. Voucher Requirement
Digital voucher must be shown at pick-up.
Failure may result in higher local rental rate.
13. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

No-Show Definition
No-refund if:
❌ You do not show
❌ Missing documents / credit card
❌ Flight delayed without notice
❌ Insufficient credit card funds
14. Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the car is prohibited.
15. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside vehicles.
16. Driving Rules

17. Vehicle Care

- Avoid off-road driving unless authorized
- Avoid socially offensive or illegal activities
18. Insurance Does NOT Cover
❌ Off-road desert / wadi driving
❌ Water damage / flood entry
❌ Driving under influence (DUI)
❌ Unauthorized drivers
